Also, make sure you run your Interconnects (RCA, remote) on the oposit side of the car than your Power and ground.

Well I already have a deep cycle optima. A 1 farad stiffening cap. Also have an underdrive pulley which slows the alternator speed. The msd ignition produces some feedback but since I got the isolator for it its been better. Anyways I have 200 watts rms running to four 15" subs which draws quite alot of current. The stock alternator had been great. No light dimming or anything. I just thought if I was gonna replace it anyways why not get a bigger one. I think when I upgrade my deck (pretty old panasonic) the small amount of feedback I do have will disapper. Oh erll thanks for all the suggestions though..
